Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order.

We do not accept returns on food items.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review and may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (in select cases)

3. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and are non-refundable once confirmed.

We work closely with you prior to fulfillment to ensure accuracy.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Standard orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe before processing
  • Custom orders may not be canceled once production has begun

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related issues
  • Orders delayed after shipment

However, we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier when possible.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
